DakotaPro has two methods for managing email depending on how your domain is setup.

If you are not sure which method to use, please email us using This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and we will be able to advise you on how your domain is setup.

My Account Customer Portal:

If your domain's email is NOT hosted on our cPanel server, and is hosted on our Postfix server, go to
http://customer.dakotapro.biz and log in with your account's main username and password.

  • If you are unsure what your account's main username and password is, the account holder will need to contact support over the phone to get that information.
  • Once you are logged in, click on the link in the top left corner of the page.
  • On the next page, click on your hosting link to expand it, so you have access to the button.

  • Click on the button, and fill out the following fields.

  • Once all of the fields have been filled out, make sure to click on the button to save your new address. It will take 5 minutes for the new e-mail address to be created on our server.

cPanel Domain Interface:

If your domain's email is hosted on our cPanel server, log into your domain's cPanel interface -

http://www.yourdomain.ltd/cpanel

For more information on logging into your domain's cPanel interface, reference this help article: - How to log into your domain's cPanel interface

  • Once logged in look under the section labeled, "Mail"

  • Click on
  • Here you can add, remove, modify and access your mailboxes

  • Note: - Pay close attention to the quotas being assigned to each mailbox. This quota draws from your overall site quota and it's very common for customers to go over their quota which will BREAK that email box.  This will result in lost email that gets bounced back to its sender saying that the mailbox is over quota.
  • We recommend setting it to 25mb in the beginning. You can always increase the quota size later.
